How are the delivery charges priced?

Our standard flat rate shipping is £5.50.

This will increase by 25p per garment ordered until you order 5 or more garments which is set at £6.50.

There are delivery tariffs charged on certain regions in the UK including the Scottish Highlands, Isle of Wight, Scottish Offshore Islands, Scottish Lowlands, Channel Isles, Isle of Man & Northern Ireland. Contact us for more information.

What payment methods are accepted in our online shop

We use the safe and trusted PAYPAL payment gateway for our payment methods, this includes the most popular Credit and Debit cards.

What are the refund policies?

Please refer to terms and conditions here

Personalised products with custom initials, badges or prints cannot be refunded.

All Tags, Labels and Packaging must be still intact.

When will I receive my goods?

Due to the unique nature of business here at the Macron, products can take up to 3-4 weeks to be shipped out to you. This comes down to the process that we go through where the garments are ordered from our warehouse in Italy which take 3-4 days to reach us and then they go into the embroidery and printing queue here at our store.

How secure is the online shop? Is my data protected?

As mentioned, we use the most secure payment system on the internet, PAYPAL, no payment details are stored on our website. The only information that we must retain is your account details for delivery etc. This data is not shared with any third party and remains secure on our website.

When happens after ordering?

When you complete your order you will receive an automatic email from our shop stating that your order is being processed. We also receive this email and we then order your items for you, when completed and ready to ship we will then send you the final email telling you that your order is with our courier service and is ready to be shipped.

When do I receive my invoice?

You will receive your invoice in your final email from us when the product you have ordered has been dispatched from the store.
